Every new Kentucky company, every morning.
Kentucky’s Business Filings division registers every new LLC and corporation in the state and publishes filings openly. The day’s entities reach you by 8am the next business morning.
One of the more open registries in the country.
Kentucky publishes full filing images at no charge, which is unusual, and its annual report due each June 30 refreshes principal office and agent details. That combination makes Kentucky records easier to verify than most neighbouring states.
On every Kentucky record
- Entity name and organization number
- Type: LLC, corporation, LP or LLP
- Filing date and status
- Registered agent and registered office
- Organizers and managers where filed
- Principal office address and county
- Email and phone where matched
What we take out
Filings using a commercial registered agent list the agent’s Frankfort or Louisville address instead of the business’s own.
Those entities are removed before your file is built — no data, no charge.
Before you start.
Where does the Kentucky data come from?
The Kentucky Secretary of State, Division of Business Filings. New filings are pulled every business day and normalized into our standard schema.
Does the June annual report help?
Yes. Because every entity reports on the same date, Kentucky records get a synchronised annual correction, which keeps agent and address data more reliable than in rolling-anniversary states.
One state, one line on the invoice.
