The problem
Many LLCs and corporations begin with an entity filing. Sole proprietorships and some partnerships can operate without forming an entity at a state business registry. Formation records are therefore a useful signal, not a list of every new business.
Every state publishes differently, with different access methods, documents and field names. Repeating that source work can take time away from prospect research. We collect available records and organise them into a consistent structure for the states confirmed before activation.
What we do
Delivery timing is confirmed before activation. Source publication delays, holidays and collection status can affect when records become available. A collected record count is not a guarantee of a complete statewide batch.
Consistent columns help you combine selected-state files in your own spreadsheet or import workflow. Field availability still varies: a consistent column does not mean every state supplies a value.
Keep the roles distinct
A registered agent receives legal documents for the company. Hiring a commercial agent does not establish that the company is a shell, lacks an operating address, or has no useful contacts. Check the principal or mailing address and named officials separately; an agent address alone does not locate the operating business.
Commercial-agent use alone is not a reason to exclude an entity. Assess its principal address, available contacts and operating evidence separately.
How we think about accuracy
Registry fields report what was published and collected, which can contain omissions or source errors. Appended phone, email and website matches are separate research fields. A contact match does not prove ownership, identity, authority or reachability; missing data remains missing.
We confirm exact state and field availability before activation. The public counts measure collected records by source filing date and can reflect incomplete coverage. They are not certified statewide totals or a guarantee of the volume in your delivered file.
How we’re priced
Per state, per month, no annual contract, no seat licences, no overage invoices. Test one state before committing to a country. Per-state pricing stops at the all-states price, so adding states never costs more than the bundle. It’s all on the pricing page, in numbers, without a “contact sales” wall.
Who the feed helps
Marketing agencies, website providers, sales teams, accountants, insurance and banking providers, IT teams and suppliers can use formation records as a prospecting signal. Their research establishes the operating business and its needs; a filing alone does not establish buying intent.
