Most data vendors publish a schema and let you discover the gaps after you’ve paid. Here’s the whole record up front, including which fields are reliably populated and which ones aren’t.
The record.
Same columns in every state, every day. When a state doesn’t publish a field, we leave it blank rather than guessing — a gap you can see is worth more than a number you can’t trust.

What we won’t do.
A dataset is only as useful as the parts you can act on without checking. These are the rules we hold ourselves to, and you should hold every vendor to.
We don’t invent contacts
If we can’t tie an email or phone to an entity with confidence, the field is blank. A blank column costs you nothing. A wrong one costs you a domain reputation.
We don’t pad the count
Amendments, renewals, and annual reports aren’t new formations. Your daily file contains new entities only, unless you ask for the rest.
We don’t hide an outage
When a state registry is down or publishes late, we tell you and backfill. We’d rather send a note than a short file you assume is complete.
Filing to inbox, overnight.
Every state registry publishes differently — some a clean bulk file, some a search form built in 2003. Normalizing that is the entire job, and it’s the reason this costs $149 a state instead of your afternoon.
Collect
We pull each state’s new filings every business evening, straight from the Secretary of State or equivalent filing office. Public record, at the source.
Normalize
Parse names and addresses, map each state’s entity vocabulary onto one schema, standardize addresses, dedupe against everything we’ve seen before.
Enrich & ship
Append contacts where we can match them confidently, score them, and cut the file. In your inbox and on the API by 8am.

Note the blanks: Cedar & Oak has no email we could verify, Northside has no phone. That’s the honest shape of registry data, and it’s what you’d get from us.

We’re adding registries continuously, so any list we publish here is wrong within a month. Instead: select the states you want at signup, and we’ll confirm exactly which are live before your first charge. You are never billed for a state we haven’t turned on.
