Delivery arrangements

Confirm your file delivery before activation

Review a sample and agree your states, file format, recipient arrangements and delivery timing before manual activation. Source publication and collection status can affect when records become available.

Agree the delivery you need

CSV file delivery supports a prospect-research workflow. Confirm the format, fields, selected states and recipient arrangements that are actually available for your account. Additional delivery methods and historical records require separate confirmation.

Review the field explanations and a current sample. Consistent structure helps organise research, while actual field availability varies by state and record.

Understand filing, collection and delivery timing

The source filing date describes a registry event. Collection depends on source availability and the collection process. Delivery follows the arrangement confirmed before activation. These dates can differ; a filing is not necessarily a newly opened business.

Collected counts describe collected records and can reflect incomplete coverage. They are not certified statewide totals or a promise of the number of rows in your next file.

An illustrative delivery message

Illustrative message · not an actual delivery or customer result

Your agreed formation file is ready for review. Check the included source dates, selected states and available fields before importing the records into your research workflow.

This example shows the purpose of a delivery message. It does not promise a particular arrival time, record count, contact coverage or account feature.

Bring the file into your existing workflow

  1. Review the delivered columns and source identifiers.
  2. Import into a research sheet or compatible CRM staging workflow.
  3. Deduplicate against your own existing accounts and keep the source context.
  4. Research operating activity, service fit and contact relevance.
  5. Record appropriate outreach, replies and agreed next steps.

Trial requests and future API access

Submitting a trial request does not start delivery or a paid subscription. The two-day trial begins on manual activation after coverage, fields and delivery timing are confirmed.

Customer API access and webhooks are planned. Operational endpoints, credentials, limits and integration behavior will require confirmation when the product becomes available. Review the API status page for the current position.

Frequently asked questions

When will my records arrive?

Delivery timing is confirmed before activation. Source publication, holidays and collection status can affect availability. A source filing date or public collected count is not a delivery guarantee.

Can I use the files in my CRM?

Use a manual import where your CRM accepts the agreed file format. Check columns, identifiers and duplicate handling first. A native integration or automatic update to an existing CRM record is not promised.

Is customer API or webhook delivery available?

Customer API access and webhooks are planned. A trial request does not issue a key or activate an integration. Confirm available file delivery before relying on a future API.
