Feed caps at $4,000/mo and Feed + API caps at $6,500/mo — once you’ve selected enough states that per-state pricing exceeds the cap, we bill you the cap. You will never pay more by adding a state.

How does the free trial work?
Request a two-day trial without a card. We confirm state coverage, delivery timing and available fields before manually activating your feed. The trial starts on activation; submitting a request does not start delivery or a paid subscription.
Do I pay for entities formed by registered agents?
A registered agent receives legal documents for the company. Hiring a commercial agent does not establish that the company is a shell, lacks an operating address, or has no useful contacts. Check the principal or mailing address and named officials separately; an agent address alone does not locate the operating business.
What counts as a state?
Each of the 50 states plus the District of Columbia is one billable state. There’s no separate charge per entity type, per record, or per county — one state is one line on your invoice, however many companies register there that month.
What if a state I picked isn’t live yet?
We confirm coverage before activating a state or arranging a paid subscription. An unavailable state remains a request; it is not automatically activated or charged when a source comes online.
Can I add or drop states mid-month?
Contact us to add or remove a state. We confirm availability, the effective date and any billing adjustment before making a change. Self-service changes and automatic daily proration are not currently promised.
How do I pay?
Submitting a trial request collects no payment and starts no paid subscription. Payment arrangements and billing dates are confirmed separately before any paid activation; ACH, downloadable invoices and automatic checkout are not currently promised.
Are there any other fees?
No. No setup fee, no onboarding fee, no per-record charge, no overage bill if a state has a busy month, no exit fee. The picker illustrates published pricing. We confirm available states and billing terms before any paid activation.
