Yes, as it’s filed. California’s initial formation document frequently omits managers and officers, so we keep watching the entity and update the record when the Statement of Information lands.
Are foreign registrations included?
Yes, and flagged separately. Out-of-state companies registering to do business in California are a distinct sales motion from brand-new domestic entities, so you can filter to either.
