What we take out
A large share of Florida filings are submitted in bulk by registered agent services on behalf of clients — often out-of-state clients who never set foot in Florida. The only address on those records is a mail-forwarding suite in Tallahassee or Miami.
We strip them out entirely. They never reach your file, and they are never counted against you. We don’t sell you addresses you can’t use.

Where does the Florida data come from?
The Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations — the registry most people know as Sunbiz. We pull newly filed entities every business day, parse them into our standard schema, and normalize names and addresses so a Florida record looks identical in shape to a Texas or Georgia one.
Does it include Florida LLCs and corporations both?
Yes, plus limited partnerships and limited liability partnerships. Domestic and foreign filings are both included and flagged, so you can filter to Florida-headquartered businesses if out-of-state registrants aren’t useful to you.
Why exclude agent-formed Florida entities?
Because you can’t sell to a mailbox. Florida has a very high rate of bulk filings from agent services, and those records carry a forwarding address instead of a real place of business. We remove them before your file is built rather than leaving you to filter them yourself.
How fast after filing do I get the record?
By 8am your local time, the next business day. A company that filed with the Division of Corporations on Tuesday is in your Wednesday morning file, while it still has no bank, no bookkeeper and no insurance.
